These Terms of Use explain the rules for using the Tomodachi app and services.

2. Age Requirement

Tomodachi is intended for adults.

By using the platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Accounts discovered to belong to users under 18 may be suspended or removed.

8. Virtual Currency

TomoCoins (TC)

Tomodachi may suspend rewards in cases of fraud, fake activity, or abuse of the system.

Participation in TomoPoints does not create employment or income status with Tomodachi.

9. Private Content Unlock

Users may share private images or videos that require TomoCoins to unlock.

Before coins are used, Tomodachi will display a confirmation prompt showing the cost.

Users must confirm the transaction before coins are deducted.

Once confirmed:

Coins used for unlocking content cannot be reversed or refunded.

10. Affiliated Restaurants and Partner Establishments

Tomodachi may feature affiliated restaurants and partner venues where users can discover or visit locations.

Each establishment operates independently and manages its own pricing, services, and policies.

Tomodachi is not responsible for service quality, availability, or business decisions made by partner establishments.

11. Nightlife Experiences

Tomodachi may allow users to discover nightlife venues such as bars, lounges, or entertainment locations.

Users are responsible for their behavior when visiting venues discovered through the platform.

Tomodachi does not manage or control the operations of nightlife establishments.

12. Storemadachi Marketplace

Tomodachi may provide a marketplace called Storemadachi, where users or businesses may sell products.

Tomodachi acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers.

Tomodachi does not manufacture, store, or ship products unless otherwise stated.
