Tomodachi Community Guidelines

Welcome to Tomodachi, a social community where people connect, share experiences, and discover new opportunities through posts, meetups, and affiliated businesses.

To keep Tomodachi safe, respectful, and enjoyable for everyone, all users must follow these Community Guidelines.

By using Tomodachi, you agree to respect these rules and help maintain a positive environment.

1. Respect Other Users

Treat everyone with respect and kindness.

The following behavior is strictly prohibited:

  • Harassment or bullying
  • Hate speech or discrimination
  • Threats or intimidation
  • Abusive language or personal attacks

Tomodachi is a community built on respect and positive interaction.

2. Authentic Profiles and Honest Behavior

Users must provide truthful and accurate information when creating an account.

The following are not allowed:

  • Impersonating another person
  • Creating fake or misleading accounts
  • Using stolen photos or identities
  • Attempting to deceive other users

Tomodachi may require identity verification to maintain a safe community.

3. Content Standards

Users are responsible for the content they post on Tomodachi.

Content that is not allowed includes:

  • Pornographic or sexually explicit material
  • Nudity intended for sexual purposes
  • Violent or graphic content
  • Content promoting hate, harassment, or discrimination
  • Illegal or harmful activities

Tomodachi reserves the right to remove any content that violates these rules.

4. Private Images and Videos

Tomodachi may allow users to send private images or videos that require TomoCoins (TC) to unlock.

Before unlocking any media, users will see a clear confirmation prompt asking whether they want to spend their TomoCoins.

Important rules:

  • All purchases using TomoCoins are voluntary and confirmed by the user
  • TomoCoins used to unlock content are non-refundable
  • Users must not upload illegal or prohibited content
  • Sharing or distributing private content outside the platform without permission is prohibited

Violation may result in account suspension or permanent ban.

5. Fraud, Scams, and Platform Abuse

Tomodachi strictly prohibits any attempt to exploit or manipulate the platform.

This includes:

  • Scamming or deceiving other users
  • Attempting to exploit TomoCoins, TomoPoints, or rewards
  • Artificially inflating likes, engagement, or rankings
  • Creating multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages

Accounts involved in fraudulent behavior may be permanently banned.

6. Spam and Unauthorized Advertising

To maintain a healthy community, spam and unauthorized promotion are not allowed.

Users may not:

  • Post repetitive spam content
  • Promote external businesses or services without permission
  • Advertise unrelated products or platforms

Only approved and verified business partners may promote services through Tomodachi.

7. Illegal Activities

Users must not use Tomodachi for illegal purposes.

Prohibited activities include:

  • Drug-related content or transactions
  • Weapon sales or illegal goods
  • Fraudulent schemes
  • Any activity that violates local or international laws

Tomodachi may report illegal activity to the appropriate authorities.

8. Meeting Other Users

Tomodachi may allow users to connect and meet through affiliated restaurants, events, and social activities.

For your safety:

  • Always meet in public places
  • Inform friends or family when meeting someone new
  • Use good judgment when interacting with others

Tomodachi is not responsible for offline interactions between users.

9. Business Partners and Affiliated Establishments

Tomodachi partners with restaurants, venues, and other businesses to provide booking and reservation features.

Users must:

  • Respect the policies of affiliated establishments
  • Avoid misuse of reservations or bookings
  • Follow venue rules and guidelines

Abuse of booking features may result in account restrictions.

10. Enforcement and Violations

Tomodachi may take action if a user violates these guidelines.

Possible actions include:

  • Content removal
  • Warning notices
  • Temporary account suspension
  • Permanent account ban
  • Restriction of platform features

Severe violations may also be reported to relevant authorities when required by law.

11. Updates to These Guidelines

Tomodachi may update these Community Guidelines from time to time to improve platform safety and user experience.

Users will be notified of significant changes when necessary.
